First step is the Graphic Design...
The general rules are that one compelling full colour image usually works better than lots of small ones, logos should be clear, text should be kept to a minimum and be easy to read from a distance.

We have design experts on hand to help should you require it – please contact us for further information.

If you would prefer to provide us with a design, please follow our Artwork Specification Guidelines. This will ensure that the resolution of images, format and layout are everything you want them to be. We offer a mechanically accurate machine proof to show our clients the exact colours/layout before the final prints are made. Individual product help sheets are also available. Please supply a hard printed copy with your CD for colour checking.

Then there's Graphic Production...
Over the past decade, production processes have evolved enormously, in terms of technology and materials used. Our graphics studio uses the latest high-tech production methods and work to ISO9001 quality control standards.

Unless otherwise stated, graphics for banner and pop-up systems are printed and sealed using a three part paperless system that is highly resistant to shrinkage, delamination or tears.

As an option for certain applications, we can offer our unique ‘digital fabric’, which uses a high temperature process to bond the inks into the fabric. The resulting high definition image cannot be removed without breaking down the very fibre of the fabric itself. It retains all of the flexibility of the original material – they are even washable.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with your system and remember that most mishaps happen when systems are not adequately packaged for transit.

Always return your prints into the mechanism or supplied polythene bags for shipping and storage. Never curl a non-fabric print to a radius less than 250mm and always keep the image to the outside of the roll.
