Sales Terms and Conditions
The Small Print
We are honest, hard-working people committed to providing excellent products
at competitive prices and keeping our customers happy.
If you have a problem with anything, please tell us so we can put it right
for you.
We offer lifetime guarantees on the majority of our products. This
protects you against any failure due to manufacturer's defects for
as long as you own your display.
Delivery of Goods
We will discuss this with you when placing your order.
Most items are available from stock. Standard lead time for producing graphic
panels – 5 working days.
Goods may be delivered by our couriers any time up until 5pm on an agreed arrival
day. Timed deliveries are available for extra cost – please ask for details.
Any goods which are missing or damaged must be notified to us within 24 hours
of delivery.
Please inspect and check all goods carefully on arrival. A signed delivery
note will be interpreted as goods having been received in good condition.
We are not responsible for damage or shortages that occur in transit or storage.
Damage must be noted on carrier's delivery note and claims dealt with directly
with the carrier.
VAT & Delivery
All prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5% and carriage costs – please ask
for details.
Cancellations/Sale or Return Policy
We are not usually able to offer a sale or return policy, unless formerly agreed.
Once an order has been placed and put through our system, it is not possible
to cancel it.
Payment
The first time you order from us, full payment is required before goods are
despatched. Credit accounts are available for subsequent orders – payment
terms are then strictly 30 days nett.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of The London Display Company until paid for
in full.
Dimensions and Weights
Any dimensions and weights quoted are approximate.
Hire Terms and Conditions
The same terms apply as in our Sales Terms and Conditions above, with
the following exceptions:-
Payment
We require payment with order for all hire orders.
Damage to Equipment
The client is responsible for any damage or shortage caused to equipment whilst
on hire. Repair and/or replacement will be charged to the customer at current
list prices.
Cancellations
Due to hire stock being reserved for clients as soon as an order
is placed, once an order has been processed through our system it is
not possible to cancel it. |
